PestEx 2026: Wild Wild Pest Lodi Showdown

PestEx 2026 in London is always a big showdown in the pest control calendar, and this year was no different. We rode into the ExCeL with our Wild Wild Pest theme and let’s just say… it got people talking. Hosted by the BPCA, the event brought together pest controllers from all over the UK for two days packed with chats, networking, new ideas and a proper look at the innovation that’s happening across the industry.

From the minute the doors opened, the place was buzzing. PestEx is one of those events where you can actually feel the energy, and for us at Lodi UK it is always a highlight. Getting to see familiar faces, meet new ones and have real conversations about the industry with the pros and pesties is what it is all about, and 2026 definitely delivered.

A Stand That Stole the Show

This year, we switched the setup for something a little more… outlaw. Our Wild Pest themed saloon became the heart of the action, drawing in pest controllers and visitors from across the show frontier. Whether they came to say hello, to talk about products or simply to soak up the atmosphere, one thing was clear, the cowboy western theme was a hit.

Our stand was packed throughout both days, with conversations flowing just as easily as the Lodi beers. It gave us the perfect opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces and meet plenty of new ones too. In an industry built on relationships and trust, these face-to-face interactions are invaluable.

Of course, no Lodi UK stand would be complete without a few giveaways, and this year was no different. Our Razzle stress balls were flying off the shelves, quickly becoming a firm favourite among visitors. It is safe to say Razzle once again made quite the impression.

More Than Just a Theme

While the cowboy hats and rodeo vibes brought the fun, the real purpose of PestEx runs much deeper. Events like this are essential for the pest control industry, creating a space where professionals can share experiences, learn from one another and stay informed about best practice.

With ongoing changes in legislation, increasing pest pressures and evolving customer expectations, staying informed has never been more important. PestEx provides that platform, helping pest controllers continue to deliver safe, effective and responsible pest management across the UK.

For Lodi UK, it is also a chance to showcase our full range of solutions, from rodent control and proofing to insect management and monitoring tools. More importantly, it allows us to listen. Hearing directly from pest controllers about the challenges they face on a daily basis helps shape how we develop and improve our future products and grow together.

Our Lodi’s Gems range continues to be a key talking point when it comes to rodent control. With options across different active ingredients, it gives pest controllers the flexibility to choose the right solution for the job, whether they are dealing with ongoing activity or more severe infestations. The reliability and consistent performance of the Gems range is something we hear time and time again from professionals in the field.

Phobi CAPS stood out as a real favourite across the stand. As one of our professional best sellers, it is known for its fast knockdown and long lasting control, making it a go-to solution for pest controllers dealing with flying insects in a range of environments. It sparked plenty of conversations with those looking for something they can rely on for both speed and effectiveness.

We also used PestEx as the perfect opportunity to showcase the new look Quartz. The updated label drew a lot of attention, but it was the practical benefits that really got people interested. The 10 x 300g sachet format makes it easy to use, easy to store and ideal for precise application, which is exactly what pest controllers need when working efficiently on site.

Finally, we highlighted the Wasp Pole Pro as part of the wider solution to wasp control. Application matters just as much as the product itself, and having the right equipment to apply treatments correctly can make all the difference. Bringing products like Quartz together with Wasp Pole Pro helps create a more complete, professional approach that delivers results that pest controllers can trust.

Celebrating the People Behind Pest Control

At the heart of PestEx is the people. Professional pest controllers play a vital role in protecting public health, safeguarding businesses and maintaining standards across agriculture and food production. Yet, it is often a role that goes unnoticed by the wider public.

That is why events like PestEx are so important. They shine a spotlight on the industry and the expertise behind it, helping to raise awareness of just how critical pest control really is.

We want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to every pest controller who stopped by our stand, shared their stories and spent time with us. Your knowledge, dedication and hard work are what keep this industry moving forward.

Riding Into the Future

As the dust settles on PestEx 2026, one thing is certain. The pest control industry is as strong and as passionate as ever. The conversations, connections and ideas shared across the two days will continue long after the event itself.

For Lodi UK, Wild Wild Pest was more than just a theme. It was a celebration of the industry, the people within it and the vital work they do every single day. We take our (cowboy) hats off to BPCA for making it happen.

As a team we are already looking ahead to the next event, but until then, we will keep doing what we do best. Supporting pest controllers, delivering effective solutions and helping to raise awareness of the importance of pest control across the UK.

So here is to PestEx 2026. The good, the bad, and the downright bugly!
